EMPLOYEES’ DIGITAL WORKPLACE

We’ve created an intranet UI for IBS, a key technological partner for leading Russian businesses and government bodies.

THE AIM OF THE PROJECT

On the one hand, an enterprise portal was supposed to help employees communicate and work from everywhere. On the other hand, it had to provide easy access point to corporate content and services, and navigate through interior IT systems.

Through My Account users are able to access and manage their profile, view their position in the company, groups and other important information.

WIDGETS

Widgets allow customization of how portal appears to each user, for example, you can add a real-time camera widget to keep up with how many people are in the сanteen.

FEEDBACK

At the company, development is distributed among project teams. When a project is completed, the team gives a rating to its supervisor and the supervisor shares his impressions of the team. We’ve made a fancy feedback tool for that. The tool performs a detailed analysis of the collected data and gives feedback to all team members, helping them to evaluate their performance and decisions throughout the project.

OUTCOME

The enterprise portal turned out to be responsive and plastic. Company’s employees in different cities use it. It became an entry point for the company’s information and media. Widgets and limited functions make it useful and helpful in daily work.

STYLE ELEMENTS

A large portal needs a comprehensive design system. All elements are based on the enterprise’s brand book. We also added some accent colors for notifications and urgent messages.

RESPONSIVE DESIGN

The intranet adjusts to different display sizes, making sure that information is displayed correctly on all your devices.
