Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how NOTAMEDIA GLOBAL handles personal data collected through this website.

We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What We Collect and Why

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, region, and any information you include in your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss and provide our services, and maintain our business relationship. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

Job applications. If you apply to join our team, we process the information you provide (CV, contact details, work history) to assess your application. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within 12 months unless you agree that we may keep them on file.

Referral program (Nota.Connect). If you participate in our referral program, we process your contact details and referral information to administer the program under its terms.

Technical data. Our web server automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and to keep the website running. See "Cookies" below.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, we do not sell it, and we do not send marketing communications unless you have asked for them (you can opt out at any time).

Who We Share It With

• Our group companies and staff in the UAE and India, on a need-to-know basis;
• Service providers acting on our instructions — website hosting and our CRM system, under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, auditors) where necessary;
• Public authorities, where disclosure is required by law.

International Transfers

Enquiries may be handled by our teams in both Dubai and New Delhi, which involves transferring personal data between the UAE and India. Such transfers are made in accordance with the PDPL, on the basis of contractual safeguards within our group. If you contact us from the EEA or UK, transfers of your data outside those regions are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact, or for the duration of our business relationship and any period required by UAE law (accounting and contract records are kept for a minimum of 5 years). Technical logs: 5 months. Data is then deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing, and a portable copy of data you provided; you may also object to processing based on our legitimate interests and withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@notamedia.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

Cookies

This website uses only necessary cookies and similar technologies required for it to function and remain secure. They do not track you across other websites and are not used for advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.

We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be announced by a notice on this website at least 30 days before they take effect. The date above shows the current version.
