Intranet portal for a major IT services company

We created an intranet UI for a major IT services company — a key technology partner for large enterprises and public-sector organizations. The portal had to do two things at once: help employees communicate and work from anywhere, and give them one access point to corporate content, services and internal IT systems.

My Account holds profile, position and group data. Widgets let each person shape the portal for themselves, including a live camera showing how busy the canteen is. When a project closes, a dedicated feedback tool lets the team rate its supervisor and the supervisor share impressions of the team.

The portal is used by employees in different cities and has become the entry point for the company's information and media.
