Information portals for residential development projects

Residential developers have been a constant in our work for years: project websites, developer portfolios and the apartment selection tools inside them, among them Discovery and Discovery Park, D1 and Seven Suns Development.

The core of any such site is the selector. We build it as a visual scheme of the building where the number of available apartments appears the moment the cursor reaches it, and as a vertical selector that scrolls a tower floor by floor when there are too many levels to lay out side by side. The choice narrows in stages — building, section, floor, layout, interior — and every apartment carries its level, area, price and plan. A buyer saves what they like, puts options side by side on a comparison page, and checks what surrounds the building on an infrastructure map.

For developers with more than one project we build catalogs where current and planned developments share a single grid, finished buildings and those still going up run on separate templates, and construction progress is updated as it advances. The interfaces are scroll-driven: content changes as the visitor moves through the page rather than after a reload. Everything is adapted to any screen resolution, and a single project can take more than 50 page layouts.
