Corporate social network for a national TV channel

A state-run national television channel, on air since 1999, ran its work across many separate systems. Employees switched between windows to see tasks, changes and assignments.

We designed a unified portal that works as a single entry point to all of them, connected through APIs. The project ran as five design sprints, each covering its own modules: event feed, my account and company employees; services, inquiries and contracts; catalog, budgeting and counterparties; projects, programs, tasks and knowledge management; discussions.

We interviewed users and briefed department heads, captured detailed scenarios as user stories, and worked alongside the client's engineering team throughout.
