AUTOMATION OBJECTS

    The objectives of the automation were:
  • Search for Ministry employees
  • Keeping, editing and deleting employees’ data
  • Providing employees with information on how to contact a particular employee
Generating a ministry employee's work schedule and keeping colleagues up to date with absences and availability
Keeping documents and making sure that the most recent versions are used for documents, such as regulations.
Search for required information in various categories: documents, employees, organizational structure, etc.
Gathering checklist information from employees on the most important issues, data analysis and visualization.

AUTOMATION OF KEY BUSINESS PROCESSES

Recruitment of a new staff member

    INTEGRATION

    Following a comprehensive survey of IT-systems, an integration with the enterprise portal was implemented, providing a unified knowledge space and support for end-to-end business processes
